Delivery
We deliver to UK addresses only. Delivery charges are shown when you place your order.
Orders are dispatched within 3-5 working days. Delivery times then depend on the delivery option you choose. If your order hasn't arrived when expected, please contact us. If it arrives damaged, tell us as soon as possible.
Returns if you change your mind
You can return most items within 14 days of receiving them for a refund. Items must be unused, in their original packaging and returned with your order number. Please email sales@h9retail.co.uk with your order number before sending anything back.
If you post a return, you pay the postage. We recommend a tracked service, as you are responsible for the parcel until it reaches us. We may reduce your refund if an item has lost value through handling beyond what was needed to inspect it.

Refunds
We refund you within 14 days of receiving your return, to your original payment method. This includes the standard delivery charge you paid on the original order.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect items
If an item is faulty, damaged or not as described, contact us and we will arrange a refund or replacement. We cover the cost of returning it. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Items we can't accept back
- Opened beauty, personal care and other hygiene-sensitive items, and sealed items unsealed after delivery
- Perishable food and drink, and items with a short shelf life

Delivery and returns for trade accounts follow the terms agreed with each account.

Orders
When you place an order through our online shop, you are making an offer to buy. We accept it when we confirm dispatch. Prices and delivery charges are shown when you order. Delivery and returns are covered on our Delivery & Returns page. The checkout may carry additional terms from our shop or payment provider.
Trade accounts
Trade accounts are opened by application and are subject to approval. Prices, terms of supply, payment terms and delivery are agreed separately in writing and are governed by our trade terms of supply at the time.

What we collect and why
- Enquiries. If you email us, we receive your name, email address and whatever you tell us. We use it to reply and to manage trade or brand partnership discussions. Our lawful basis is legitimate interests, or steps taken at your request before entering a contract.
- Launch updates. If you ask to be notified about new ranges, we keep your email address to send those updates. Our lawful basis is your consent. You can withdraw it at any time.
- Orders. If you place an order, we collect your name, email, delivery address and order details to fulfil it. Our lawful basis is performing our contract with you. Payments are handled by our payment provider and we do not store your card details. We keep order records for up to six years for accounting and legal purposes.
- Technical data. Our website host may log basic technical data such as IP address and browser type for security and to run the service.
Cookies and third parties
This site does not use advertising or analytics cookies and does not load third-party fonts. Email is handled through Gmail (Google).
Who we share data with
We do not sell your data. We share it only with service providers that help us run the business (such as email, hosting, payment and delivery providers), or where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to deal with them and for up to 24 months afterwards. Launch update sign-ups are kept until you unsubscribe.
